What Makes You a Strong Match
Fluency in English.
Basic know-how of Windows/MacOS.
Confidence in multitasking and providing technical support.
A calm, customer-first mindset - even under pressure.

Ability to work rotating day and evening shifts full-time.
Ability to work remotely from Ivano Frankivsk.
What You’ll Do and Learn
Support NordVPN customers via live-chat. No phone calls over here!
Troubleshoot tech issues and help with billing inquiries.
Make customers happy by resolving their concerns.
Turn users into fans through top-notch support.
Bring empathy, patience, and a positive vibe to every interaction.

Compensation:
For full-time, a fixed salary of $929/month gross (plus performance bonus up to $368 /month gross) + annual salary reviews.
