About the RoleJoin an early-stage AI-first B2B SaaS company as its first full-time product designer. You will own design from customer discovery through launch, shaping intuitive experiences for AI-powered customer service, sales, and operations workflows.
What You'll DoWork directly with customers to understand their needs and turn insights into product solutions.
Own the end-to-end design process for new features, from early concepts to shipped experiences.
Identify AI product opportunities, develop concepts, and prototype solutions with customers.
Design approachable interfaces for workflows where traditional UI patterns may not fit.
Partner closely with product and engineering to make pragmatic trade-offs and ship high-quality features quickly.
What We're Looking ForAt least 3 years of experience on product design teams and a portfolio demonstrating your work.
Experience designing software products, ideally for B2B SaaS or an early-stage company.
Comfort collaborating with software engineers and understanding technical considerations and trade-offs.
Experience conducting customer interviews or using customer feedback to guide product development.
A track record of designing products with direct business impact and collaborating across product and engineering.
Some experience with AI or large language models, and an interest in building AI-native software.
Proficiency with prototyping and design tools such as Figma, Lovable, V0, or Figma Make.
A pragmatic, iterative approach that balances design quality with implementation realities.
Compensation & BenefitsAnnual salary range: $85,000 to $160,000 USD. Visa sponsorship is available.
LocationThis is an on-site role based in Berlin, Germany.
