Position Overview

CARIAN is seeking a Marketing & Proposals Manager to own and execute the company's marketing, communications, and proposal function.

This is a hands-on, high-visibility role within CARIAN's commercial organization, working directly with executive leadership, Business Development, and service-line leaders. The Marketing & Proposals Manager will be responsible for CARIAN's day-to-day marketing and communications program, proposal coordination, market-facing content, website content, collateral, events, and the processes and outside resources that support those activities.

The ideal candidate brings experience within the AEC, engineering, utility, energy, infrastructure, or related professional-services industry and understands how to work with technical professionals and translate complex expertise, project experience, and results into clear, compelling content.

This role offers significant opportunity for increased responsibility and leadership as CARIAN and its commercial organization continue to grow.

Develop and maintain capability statements, service-line materials, presentations, one-pagers, brochures, and other marketing and business-development collateral

Manage CARIAN's company LinkedIn presence and support executive thought-leadership activity

Own and maintain CARIAN's website content, including service pages, project experience, case studies, thought leadership, company information, and routine content updates

Coordinate external website, graphic design, photography, video, printing, and other marketing resources as needed

Support company announcements, awards, rankings, speaking opportunities, sponsorships, and other industry visibility initiatives

Plan and coordinate marketing support for conferences, client events, industry events, and sponsorships

Maintain consistent messaging, visual standards, and brand quality across CARIAN's external communications

Proposals & Pursuits

Own the coordination and production of RFPs, RFQs, qualifications packages, rate submissions, and related client pursuits from receipt through final delivery

Establish submission schedules, identify required inputs and owners, and keep contributors accountable to deadlines

Coordinate resumes, project descriptions, qualifications, certifications, rate sheets, forms, and other required submission materials

Work with technical and business leaders to obtain staffing, pricing, technical, commercial, and client-specific inputs

Edit, organize, and format submissions for clarity, consistency, professionalism, and compliance

Improve templates, libraries, and workflows so recurring proposal work becomes faster, easier, and more consistent

Ensure final submissions are accurate, complete, professional, and delivered on time
