The Company AnySignal is developing the next generation of RF products and services for some of the most demanding space and defense missions. We’re building a flexible, high-performance platform that’s easy to deploy, monitor, and scale — enabling customers to bring advanced radio technologies to life faster than ever before.
The RoleAs a Python Software Engineer, you will own AnySignal’s data aggregation, test, and automation framework that enables testing of hardware, software, and DSP systems. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to empower rapid, repeatable testing of space and ground segment components, and will develop a software framework that empower rapid iteration and triage of system functionality.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain a Python software framework for engineers to write automated tests
Design and maintain systems for data aggregation and analysis
Build UIs that interface with hardware and software systems
Required SkillsExpertise developing Python libraries
Strong understanding of networking concepts
Ability to develop extensible and maintainable software systems that can smoothly support all new engineering projects across the company
Desired SkillsExpertise architecting scalable SQL and/or NoSQL databases
Experience developing test automation including equipment drivers, debug tools, and socket interfaces
Experience with Docker
Familiarity with RF and DSP concepts
Working knowledge of GNU Radio
CompensationThe estimated base salary range for this role is $120,000-$170,000 per year, plus equity. This range reflects our good-faith estimate for this position at the time of posting. The final base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including the candidate's qualifications, relevant experience, skills, and market considerations. In addition to base salary, total compensation includes an equity grant and our full benefits package (Medical, Dental, Vision), HSA's and 401K program.
