Main duties of the job
As a Band 5 Staff Nurse at Clayponds Rehabilitation Hospital, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualised care for patients on their rehabilitation journey.
You'll work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to promote independence, recovery, and safe discharge planning.
The role involves delivering evidence-based nursing care, administering medication safely, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, and supporting junior staff and students in their development. Compassion, good communication, critical thinking, and teamwork are essential, as is the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment focused on patient-centred care and continuous improvement
