Seamless Exterior is looking for a proven roofing sales leader who knows how to build, lead, and scale high-performing sales teams.
This is a leadership role for someone who has already run a sales-driven organization and understands how to recruit, train, and lead top producers in the high-ticket residential roofing industry.
You will have the opportunity to build your own team, drive aggressive revenue growth, and create a high-performance sales culture.

What You’ll Be Responsible ForBuild and Lead the Sales Organization
Recruit, hire, and develop top-producing roofing sales professionals Build teams focused on high-ticket residential roofing sales Create a performance-driven culture built on accountability and results
Drive Revenue Growth
Lead the team to exceed monthly and annual revenue targets Improve close rates and overall sales performance Implement systems and processes that scale production
Develop Sales Talent
Coach and mentor sales representatives to maximize performance Conduct regular performance reviews and leadership meetings Identify and develop future leaders within the organization
Sales Strategy & Operations
Help lead regional sales strategy and expansion Monitor sales metrics, pipeline, and forecasting Improve operational efficiency and sales systems
Who This Role Is For

Ideal candidates will have:
Proven experience running a sales-driven organization Prior roofing industry experience (required) Experience building high-ticket residential sales teams A track record of developing top-producing salespeople Strong recruiting, leadership, and coaching skills A competitive mindset and strong accountability standards
