About Us Founded in 2012, FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers is a growing network of outpatient physical therapy clinics with locations across the country. We provide comprehensive, individualized patient care with specialized expertise in orthopedic, balance, vestibular, neurological, and pelvic health rehabilitation.
Our goal is to help patients restore function, improve mobility, reduce pain, and get back to the activities they love.
Position Summary As a Physical Therapist with FYZICAL, you'll evaluate and treat patients with a variety of conditions while developing individualized plans of care based on each patient's needs and goals.
You'll work in a collaborative outpatient environment with opportunities to expand your clinical knowledge, develop specialized skills, and build a long-term career.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care based on clinical findings and patient goals Provide evidence-based physical therapy treatments and interventions Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises, home programs, and strategies to support continued progress Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with physicians, healthcare providers, and members of the clinical team Provide a positive, patient-centered experience throughout the course of care Follow applicable professional, ethical, regulatory, and clinic standards
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Current Florida Physical Therapist license or eligibility for Florida licensure Strong communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care Ability to work collaboratively as part of a clinical team Desire to continue learning and developing professionally New graduates are encouraged to apply
