Pelvic Physical Therapist (DPT) – Outpatient FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers | Nampa, ID
Salary Range: $95,000–$105,000 + Productivity Bonus Opportunity

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Nampa, Idaho is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist (DPT) to join our outpatient clinic. This is an excellent opportunity for a PT who wants a supportive environment, strong mentorship, and the chance to grow clinically — including exposure to pelvic floor therapy.
We are open to new graduates and experienced clinicians. Pelvic floor experience is not required, but interest or prior training is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality outpatient physical therapy care
Treat a diverse caseload including orthopedics, pelvic floor, balance, and neuro
Develop individualized treatment plans focused on patient outcomes
Maintain timely and accurate documentation
Collaborate with PTAs and clinic support staff
Build strong patient relationships and support clinic growth
Qualifications
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)
Idaho PT license (or license-eligible)
New graduates encouraged to apply
Pelvic floor experience or interest preferred (training available)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Desire to grow clinically in a supportive outpatient setting
