ERG is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to lead and oversee complex manufacturing operations within our energetic materials production environment. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of explosives safety regulations, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record in process improvement and quality control. This is a fulltime onsite position at the Naval Support Facility (NSF) Indian Head. Indian Head, MD, is approximately 30 miles from Washington, DC, 25 miles from Alexandria, VA, and 60 miles from Fredericksburg, VA.
