Job summary ABOUT THE ROLE As a Bank Senior Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll look after the different needs of our residents to enable us to deliver quality, person-centred care and support. Respecting the dignity and preferences of our residents and creating a warm, welcoming, and vibrant environment are key components of your role. The position requires an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, along with specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly. Individuals who are warm-hearted, compassionate, and committed to giving each resident individualised care and support will thrive. Ongoing training opportunities are available for career progression. This is a Bank position, providing cover as needed, such as for annual or sick leave.
