Location: Seattle, WA
Compensation: $130,000 - $140,000 annually
Work Location: Hybrid, remote and on-site construction environments

The company provides integrated development services across pre-development, feasibility, architectural design and permitting, prefabrication, general contracting, and sales support for multifamily projects. With a strong focus on sustainability, technology, and collaboration, the team is helping rethink how housing is designed and built while creating opportunities for its team to grow alongside the business.
They are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee projects from pre-construction through completion. This role will have ownership of project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client relationships while working closely with internal teams, subcontractors, Site Superintendents, and project stakeholders.
The ideal candidate brings strong multifamily or residential new construction experience, excellent project management skills, and an interest in innovative and sustainable building practices.
