Purpose of Job
We're seeking a Consultant with 4–6 years of experience who has owned the incentive compensation lifecycle end-to-end - IC plan design, goal setting, sales crediting, and IC implementation/administration - for pharma or life sciences clients. This role requires excellent attention to detail, strong QA/QC discipline, working knowledge of pharma data, and the confidence to drive client discussions directly
