Main duties of the job
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including conducting physical examinations and assessments -QOF/PCIS- Administer vaccinations for adults and children- Assist with other medical interventions
-Cytology - well experienced in smear taking
- Monitor patients' vital signs and document patient information accurately- Educate patients on preventive healthcare measures and self-care techniques- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
Qualifications:- Valid nursing license- Proven experience as a Practice Nurse- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology- Excellent patient care skills and ability to provide compassionate and empathetic care- Proficient in using electronic medical record systems- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Person Specification
Qualifications Essential
Must be a smear taker and proficient in travel vaccinations, respiratory clinics, diabetes and adult/childhood immunisations.
