You will also meet and greet visitors, engage with residents, and show prospective clients and their families around. This role involves creating a vibrant, happy environment. The shift times are Friday from 10 am to 5 pm, and Saturday and Sunday from 10 am to 3 pm. The ideal candidate should have the ability to multi-task, good computer skills, and a confident telephone manner. Being a people person is important as you will take a genuine interest in residents and their families. Opportunities for skill development through courses are available.
