About the Job: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Kids Club Manager to join the Front Office team in Jumeirah Olhahali Island. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:
• Shape the heart and soul of our Kids Club, defining a playful, purposeful philosophy that turns every island day into a story our young guests carry home.
• Create a daily world of discovery, from reef-inspired crafts and Maldivian culture to beach adventures and little chef classes, always safe, engaging and right for each age.
• Bring Jumeirah Circle to life for our youngest guests and their families with memorable experience programmes that make every return to the island feel like coming home.
• Lead, inspire and grow a joyful team of counsellors, encouraging warmth, teamwork and the highest standards of childcare and guest care.
• Keep the Kids Club running smoothly every day, overseeing rosters, bookings, records, inventory and an inviting, well-cared-for space.
• Uphold Jumeirah brand, operational and compliance standards in everything the Kids Club does, keeping it audit-ready and true to our promise of warm, generous service.
• Bring families closer to the resort's experiences by designing signature kids' programmes and packages with Front Office, Food & Beverage and Recreation.
• Protect every child's wellbeing with strong health, safety and environmental standards, and use guest feedback and performance insights to keep making the experience better.
About you: The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
• At least 3 years of experience in the same role , within a luxury 5-star environment is desirable. • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. • Have a strong eye for detail. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with preferble compitency of Russian language. • Commitment to delivering a high level of service. • Fluency with Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
