About this role
As a Senior Customer Support Executive, you will be the voice of our company, representing Alldigi Tech Limited to our global customers. Your primary responsibility will be to handle customer inquiries and provide timely, accurate, and friendly assistance. You will be a key player in ensuring customer satisfaction and building strong relationships with our international clientele.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers, providing excellent customer service. • Resolve customer queries, complaints, and technical issues in a timely and efficient manner. • Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to assist customers effectively. • Document and update customer information in our CRM system accurately. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams or managers as needed. • Provide regular feedback and insights on customer trends and preferences. • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during customer interactions. • Maintain a positive and professional attitude throughout customer interactions.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer support role, preferably in an international setting. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to adapt to different customer needs. • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer support tools. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in additional languages is a plus. • Basic understanding of technical concepts and the ability to learn quickly. • Excellent time management and organizational skills. • A customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional service. • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
