Job SummaryThis position is located at: MOB Physical Fitness Center -North Fort Hood, Texas. We provide state-of-the-art exercise and total body equipment. Our facilities are free of charge to all authorized patrons. This facility is located off Central Avenue in Gatesville, Texas.

A qualified candidate must possess the following: Possesses related work experience that includes the demonstrated ability to perform the duties of position as indicated above. Must possess the following within 6 months of employment: MWR Orientation Course, Customer Service. Must meet physical requirements of position such as walking, bending ,lifting, carrying ,pushing and pulling of items or cart up to 45 pounds. Major DutiesServes as a Facility Aid in a Fitness Facility. Works under the direction of the Facility Manager.Assists the Facility Manager in the overall operation of a fitness facility. Circulates among patrons to assure service is satisfactory: provides information and general instruction on the use of equipment, facilities, and machinery.Assists in setting up for instructors, contractors, events, athletic activities, and related functions. Performs facility cleanliness and/or monitors contractsAssists with publicity of programs and events and assists with the delivery and placement of posters, flyers and other promotional material.Issues/receives equipment to authorized users. Monitors fitness equipment condition; tracks maintenance and repair or replacement as appropriate. Cleans and performs minor maintenance on facility equipment.
