About this role
What will you be doing? As a Production Employee, you play an important role in the preparation and packaging of food products. Together with your team, you help keep production running efficiently while making sure quality and safety standards are met. Your attention to detail and proactive attitude contribute to a smooth workflow and a well-organized production environment. Your responsibilities include: • Packing and preparing finished products so they are ready for shipment; • Setting up, operating, and monitoring production equipment during the manufacturing process; • Performing quality checks on products, packaging, and labeling to ensure all requirements are met; • Keeping the work area clean, tidy, and compliant with hygiene and safety regulations; • Collaborating with colleagues and supervisors to achieve production goals and meet daily schedules. Functie-eisen: What are we looking for? • You have a good command of either English, Dutch, or both, allowing you to understand procedures and work safely within a production environment; • You enjoy working in different locations and are open to being assigned to various production facilities throughout the region; • You are flexible regarding working hours and can work rotating shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and nights for 16 to 32 hours per week; • You are eager to learn new skills, adapt quickly to changing tasks, and become familiar with different production equipment; • You have an eye for detail, value quality, and actively contribute to a clean, organized, and safe workplace.
