As a Rota administrator you will:

Timesheet data entry. This is to be completed daily, onto the company database to ensure staff is paid for overtime shifts, bank shifts, and agency shifts. There are daily deadlines that are to be met.Checking staff absences throughout the day and arranging for cover, using the company app or liaising with external recruitment agencies to book staff to cover shift vacancies. Taking staff off rota whilst ensuring appropriate cover is in place and that staff is not working above set weekly hours/shifts, to allow them to attend mandatory training. You will work collaboratively with the Site Learning Administrator. Handling shift swaps for ward staff, ensuring that company policy and the procedure is followed. Covering the reception area between 12pm to 12.30pm and 4.30pm to 5pm. This involves answering the switchboard systems and answering the door. To be successful in this role, you will have:

Previous experience within a similar role and/or environment.

Knowledge of healthcare terminology

Experience of working with staff Rota's

Previous experience of typing up medical reports and patient discharge letters

GCSE English, C or above.

Qualifications Essential

Previous experience within a similar role and/or environment. Knowledge of healthcare terminology. Experience of working with staff Rota's. Previous experience of typing up medical reports and patient discharge letters. GCSE English, C or above.
