Our warehouses distribute our products throughout Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Tasks - Build and maintain strong relationships with orthodontists, dental professionals, and key customers. - Introduce new products, communicate innovations, and support sales campaigns to customers. - Identify new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, referrals, networking, trade shows, and industry events. - Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring timely follow-up and excellent customer service. - Understand customer needs through consultative conversations and recommend suitable orthodontic solutions based on individual requirements. - Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and sales meetings using professional sales materials and clinical knowledge. - Drive sales growth by presenting customer-focused solutions and demonstrating the value of the GC Orthodontics portfolio. - Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, and follow-up actions in the CRM system. - Develop and execute territory plans to maximize customer retention and business growth. - Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Marketing, Customer Service, and Product Management, to ensure excellent customer experience. - Continuously develop product knowledge, sales skills, and industry expertise through training, coaching, and professional development activities. Requirements - Fluent in Dutch and English; German language skills are considered an advantage
