What you'll be doing As an Operator plantprocessing, you make sure a modern, camera-controlled sorting system does its job. You operate and check the line that scans, sorts, and moves plants. Your day is about keeping everything running, acting when something needs attention, and making sure the right plants end up in the right place. What you do: - Operate the high-tech sorting system - Watch that plants are scanned and divided correctly - Set up and adjust the machine when needed - Fix small issues yourself - Keep the flow of plants going - Check the quality of sorted and potted plants - Keep your workstation clean and organized - Work together with your team for the best results This is more than just standing by a machine.
