Implementation of Management The Added Value of Good Management After the completion of a new construction site, HomeFlex remains responsible as the landlord for the management and maintenance of the houses and apartments. With our professional management service, we take care of tenants and residents and are available 24/7 in case of emergencies. HomeFlex is certified by SNF and regularly inspects the properties to ensure quality. During these inspections, we check the houses for safety and hygiene, among other things. At larger locations, a team of managers is responsible for maintaining a good living environment. As hosts, they are the point of contact for residents, neighboring businesses, and other involved parties, and they help residents find their way around the location. They have a supervisory role regarding the accommodation and residents' behavior, oversee (fire) safety and waste collection, conduct inspections, and resolve issues. Technical Management HomeFlex handles the technical management, cleaning, and maintenance of a location itself, together with several external installation companies. The houses/apartments are inspected weekly for defects, safety, and hygiene, among other things. Residents can report issues 24/7 via our HomeFlex app or our emergency number, allowing us to act quickly at all times. Social Management At HomeFlex, the well-being of our residents and the surrounding community is paramount. Our social management ensures a pleasant living environment and a high quality of comfort for residents and neighbors. This can be divided into the following components: Livability HomeFlex knows the target group and provides residents with information about their stay at the location. A clean environment and tidy home contribute to health and hygiene.
