The Group Strategy & Transformation Office, led by Regina Bruijnaers, is looking for a senior controller to strengthen the financial steering of transformation initiatives across NN beyond Future Ready. In this role, you will act as a senior financial sparring partner to the transformation: review and challenge business cases, track cost and benefit developments, and turn complex transformation updates into a clear, easy-to-follow storyline for senior management. You will be part of Performance & Analytics, while fully supporting the Group Strategy & Transformation Office. This gives you the opportunity to work at the intersection of finance and strategic transformation supporting transformational business cases and the related executive decision-making, with a clear focus on helping NN translate transformation investments into measurable value.
