Core responsibilities - Own client relationships and act as a senior advisor on people strategy, operating model design, workforce transformation, and change management. - Lead complex, multi-country engagements from scoping through delivery, ensuring quality, impact, and stakeholder alignment. - Develop thought leadership, methodologies, and tools to strengthen the People & Organization advisory portfolio. - Drive business development: identify opportunities, shape proposals, and close strategic accounts across Europe. - Build and mentor high-performing consulting teams; provide coaching, feedback, and capability development. - Partner with cross-functional leaders (e.g., strategy, digital, analytics) to deliver integrated solutions.
