Core responsibilities - Assess employee needs and pain points across digital touchpoints (intranet, collaboration tools, service portals). - Design and continuously improve digital journeys, self-service experiences, and knowledge content. - Partner with HR, IT, Internal Comms, and business stakeholders to align priorities and deliver enhancements. - Drive adoption through onboarding materials, enablement, communications, and change management support. - Monitor experience performance using analytics, feedback loops, and qualitative research; translate insights into actions. - Support governance for content quality, information architecture, and tool usage standards. - Manage a backlog of improvements, coordinate releases, and document requirements and outcomes.
