They design and engineer complete platforms and infrastructure for the oil & gas and renewables/offshore wind industry, deck lay outs, cable & pipe laying solutions for marine environment. The job As Head of Product Line, you are responsible for leading your product line with a clear strategic vision and strong team management. You set and execute the mid- and long-term strategy, oversee annual plans and budgets, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This senior leadership position requires you to connect strategy with execution, aligning customers and their needs, market developments, and organisational goals to deliver profitable growth. This role represents the organisation in the network, helping boost its visibility and reputation, while also taking care of the commercial side of the Product Line. Your focus will be on strategy, outlook, project results, continuous improvement (reducing failure costs), and driving both customer and employee satisfaction.
