As management assistant, you will be a strong support within Zuyd, domain Hospitality, helping colleagues, coordinating activities, organizing events and contributing to research and education. About the position As management assistant, you play a central role in supporting the domain Hospitality through a variety of key activities. You provide support to the Professors of the Research Centres Global Minds @ Work, Future of Food, and Facility Management , assist the Knowledge Centre of the Maastricht economic domain which the research centres are part of, and support the coordination of the Master Facility and Real Estate Management . 1. Support to the Research Centers You will support three professors who are each responsible for a research center (Global Minds @ Work, Future of Food, Facility Management): - Assisting with agenda management, research projects, partner relations, presentations, events and organization of trips and training sessions - Responsible for the distribution of the Global Mind Monitor as part of curriculum - Coordinating and supporting activities in the Food experience lab - Supporting activities in the Lectoraat.FM, preparing inauguration. - Taking the lead in organizing events hosted by the research centers 2.
