Officemanager (24 u/pw) Projectmanager Beheer Coare Beheer | Amsterdam | 32-40 hours Do you keep projects running smoothly? As Project Support Officer, you support the commercial process from start to finish. You make sure quotes are accurate, schedules align and projects are carried out smoothly. You work closely with account managers, suppliers and project teams in an environment where architecture, project fit-out and sustainability come together. What will you be doing? You are a key link in our projects, ensuring that different processes connect seamlessly. You keep an overview, even when several projects are running at the same time. Your tasks include: - Preparing and processing quotes. - Supporting calculations, project proposals and tenders. - Drawing up and monitoring project and sales schedules. - Processing and following up on orders in the CRM system. - Coordinating logistics flows and external partners, and liaising with suppliers on delivery times and order status. - Managing customer data and pricing agreements. - Working with account managers to find suitable client solutions. - Contributing to process improvements and an optimal customer experience. - Exploring circular and second-life furniture solutions that are both sustainable and financially attractive. From the very first design, you help translate ideas into a feasible proposal. You bring planning, logistics and coordination together into a well-organised whole. Who are we looking for?
