We're looking for an experienced Waiter/Waitress for Barraca Amsterdam who can manage a section independently and ensure our guests have a great evening. A busy night? You'll make sure every guest feels welcome. A Saturday evening at Barraca. The restaurant is full, the music is playing, and guests are enjoying our Rodizio experience at their tables. You'll navigate your section with a clear overview, know exactly what's happening at your tables, and ensure our guests have everything they need. For Barraca Amsterdam , we're looking for an experienced Waiter or Waitress who knows the hospitality trade inside out. You don't need to be told how to work your section, when to be at a table or how to respond to a guest's needs. You spot what needs doing, take care of it and, together with your colleagues, ensure a fantastic evening. Experience in front-of-house service is therefore an absolute must for this role.
