This role is critical to shaping the future of our global Color portfolio. The successful candidate will bring strong commercial acumen, trend insight, and executional excellence to deliver differentiated, high-impact innovation. The Open Innovation Development Manager - EU Lip is responsible for identifying, developing, and executing new product concepts, trend-lead innovations, and strategic initiatives across Coty's assigned Consumer Beauty color categories (Lip). This individual will lead portfolio strategy, identify growth opportunities, and partner cross-functionally to deliver profitable and timely launches. The role will be based in our Amsterdam City location.
