This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Supply Point Finance, Reporting and Business Partnering across an international manufacturing network. You will work closely with finance managers and operational stakeholders, supporting monthly performance reviews, forecasting cycles and finance transformation initiatives. Your main responsibilities include: - Financial Reporting & Analysis - Support monthly closing activities and financial performance analysis. - Prepare Actual vs Forecast and Actual vs Prior Year analyses. - Assist in monitoring P&L, productivity, operating expenses and key financial KPIs. - Identify risks and opportunities and support action tracking. Forecasting & Planning - Support Rolling Forecast and Budget preparation. - Consolidate financial inputs from multiple stakeholders. - Maintain planning templates and reporting tools. - Help improve forecast accuracy through data analysis. Business Insights & Performance Management - Build dashboards and financial reports using Excel and Power BI. - Support preparation of presentations for management reviews. - Analyze trends and provide recommendations based on data. - Contribute to business cases and scenario analyses. Process Improvement & Digitalization - Support automation and simplification initiatives. - Improve reporting processes and data quality. - Participate in finance projects involving AI, analytics and digital tools.
