Key responsibilities - Own portfolio strategy, governance, and operating rhythm across initiatives, programs, and products. - Prioritize demand and funding using value, risk, capacity, and dependency-based decision frameworks. - Establish portfolio metrics (OKRs/KPIs), benefits tracking, and transparent executive reporting. - Drive cross-functional alignment with business, technology, finance, and delivery leaders. - Manage portfolio health: scope, schedule, budget, resource capacity, and risk/issue escalation. - Improve portfolio processes and tooling (PPM/Agile tooling), ensuring data quality and auditability. - Coach teams on portfolio practices, change adoption, and continuous improvement. Required skills and experience - Portfolio/program management leadership with strong strategic planning and execution experience. - Expertise in prioritization, investment planning, financial governance, and benefits realization. - Strong stakeholder management and executive communication, including concise storytelling with data. - Proficiency with portfolio reporting, dashboards, and planning tools (e.g., PPM suites, Jira/ADO). - Knowledge of Agile/Lean delivery models and managing dependencies across complex environments. - Ability to lead change, ...
