Core responsibilities - Advise leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent strategy. - Lead performance management processes, coaching managers on feedback, goal setting, and development plans. - Support employee relations matters, including investigations, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation. - Drive engagement, retention, and culture initiatives using data and employee insights. - Partner on recruitment and onboarding to meet hiring needs and improve candidate/employee experience. - Identify learning needs and coordinate training, succession planning, and leadership development. - Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and HR governance requirements. - Use HR metrics (e.g., turnover, absenteeism, performance trends) to recommend and implement improvements. - HR generalist expertise across talent management, employee relations, performance, and change management. - Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and consultative communication skills. - Ability to analyze people data and translate insights into practical actions. - Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices. - Experience partnering with leaders in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.
