Vacancy: As a self-employed line cook, you are responsible for preparing dishes and ensuring the smooth running of operations in the kitchen. Your duties include, among others: - Preparing and cooking dishes according to the planning and recipes - Monitoring the quality, taste, and presentation of dishes - Thinking along about new dishes and the menu - Ensuring a clean and organized workstation in accordance with HACCP guidelines - Supporting and guiding colleagues in the kitchen where needed - Checking inventories and processing ingredients Who are we looking for?
