As an Operational Manager at Hovicon International, you face the challenge of making our company flourish amidst our growth. This means you're not only responsible for leading and motivating our operational team but also for optimizing processes in production and warehouse. You'll oversee our operational team and ensure good coordination between various departments such as production, warehouse, order administration, and quality control. With a hands-on mentality, you're ready to pitch in wherever necessary to ensure goals and deadlines are met. Responsibilities: - Leading and motivating the operational team; - Developing strategies for the department or company in collaboration with other management and executive members and translating them into concrete operational goals; - Optimizing operational processes to improve efficiency and quality; - Monitoring production costs and striving for cost savings where possible; - Ensuring a safe working environment and compliance with applicable regulations and procedures; - Reporting to the management on the progress and results of operational activities.
