We are recruiting band 5 nurses to join our community nursing teams in East Surrey, based in Redhill, Oxted and Caterham. You will provide nursing care for a wide range of conditions to people in their own home and residential settings, and you will be supported by the Clinical Lead, your line manager and team to fulfil your role.
The District Nursing teams provide a service between 8am and 6pm, which incorporates the core day shift and a late shift. We have full or part time hours available.

Main duties of the job
You will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating individualised care for patients under the direction of a Clinical Team Lead and District Nurse.
You will work in close collaboration with health and social care professionals within the Neighbourhood to prevent your patients being admitted to hospital.
You will provide advice and support to junior staff and students in the delivery of effective, high quality care.
Due to the nature of the role it is essential that you are able to drive, have a car suitable for business purposes and a valid driving license. If you are interested in joining us, we look forward to hearing from you.
