Are you a natural leader who knows how to motivate a team and keep logistics operations running smoothly? For our client in Eemshaven, we are looking for a High Tech Team Leader. In this role, you will lead a team in a fast-paced, international high-tech environment where safety, quality, and efficiency are key. What will you do? As a High Tech Team Leader, you are responsible for the daily management of your team and the performance of the logistics operation. You make sure everyone knows what needs to be done, processes run according to plan, and safety and quality standards are met. Your responsibilities include: - Managing, coaching, and motivating your team within a high-tech logistics environment; - Coordinating and monitoring daily logistics processes according to strict safety, quality, and data center procedures; - Monitoring KPIs such as productivity, quality, SLAs, and 5S; - Identifying bottlenecks and taking action when necessary; - Initiating and supporting process improvements together with the supervisor and other departments; - Creating a safe, structured, and positive working environment for your team. We are looking for someone who feels comfortable taking responsibility and leading people in a dynamic environment. You bring: - Proven experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor, or Coordinator within logistics or production; - Strong organizational skills and natural leadership qualities; - The ability to coach, motivate, and develop a team; - Affinity with high-tech, hardware, and working according to fixed procedures and guidelines; - A proactive mindset and the confidence to identify and implement improvements; - A good command of the English language; - Dutch language skills are a plus. You are someone who takes initiative, is not afraid to make decisions, and wants to grow together with the organization.
