About this role
As a CNC Miller in Ede, you work with plastics. You independently set up CNC machining centers and operate the milling machines. This is a full-time job in a two-shift system, so flexibility is important. You’ll work with modern machines in a small, close-knit team. The salary is attractive and there are plenty of chances to grow. On a workday, you start up the machine and check the technical drawings. Then you begin milling the workpieces. You measure the parts and adjust the program if needed. You discuss improvements with the programmer and keep your workplace tidy. You help with shift handovers and join the weekly team meeting. You’ll make a real difference in the production process! - Secondary vocational education (MBO) level - At least 2 years’ experience with CNC milling machines - Able to read technical drawings - Experience with Siemens and/or Winmax (Hurco) control systems, or willing to learn - Good command of Dutch - Accurate and motivated - Able to work in two shifts (6:00–14:30 and 14:20–22:50)
