Christiana Hartley Medical Practice are seeking a dedicated salaried GP to join our friendly, well established practice for up to 8 sessions per week. The number of sessions are negotiable.
Current list size - 11050 patients
The practice team includes:
4 GP's5 Advanced Nurse PractitionersPractice PharmacistHCA3 Practice NursesPractice manager & Deputy managerDedicated and experienced administration team
We are part of a GP Federation and a PCN
Top rate of salary dependent on experience
Number of sessions negotiable
Main duties of the job
Salaried GP duties including the following:
Manage caseloads and delivering exceptional healthcare to patients.Diagnosing and treating a wide range of health needs in a primary care setting.Attending clinical meetingsAdhering to best practice guidelines, ethical standards and regulatory requirements.Treating patients and the relevant paperwork, home visits, medicines management, laboratory results.

GP's will provide the best care for presenting patients.
They will demonstrate safe clinical decision-making, including assessment and diagnostic skills, for patients.
They will work collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of patients, supporting the delivery of policy and procedures, and providing leadership as required.

Experience of working in Primary Care
