To further expand our market leadership, our international commercial organization is appointing a Global Key Account Manager . This role goes beyond traditional account management; it will be the bridge between large-scale deal structuring, market risk management, and overall strategic direction. Operating with genuine pricing authority and direct P&L accountability, you will serve as an authoritative peer to C-suite and senior procurement leaders across our most influential global accounts. The Role - Drive revenue, volume, and margin expansion for a strategic multinational portfolio. - Lead high-stakes negotiations and close complex, multi-year framework contracts and global supply agreements. - Formulate and execute multi-year strategic account plans aligned with overarching business objectives. - Align pricing and portfolio strategy with Trading & Position Management to optimize market risk and hedging strategies. - Functionally direct cross-functional internal teams (Supply Chain, QA, Legal) to deliver on commercial commitments from a strategic steering position. - Analyze client sourcing strategies and global market developments, translating insights into internal business planning. - Maintain direct reporting alignment with Executive Leadership while partnering closely with the Commercial Director for day-to-day agility.
