All on Scale Vacature: Work Preparation & Quality Coordinator Arnhem AllOnScale builds high-quality technical scale models of ships, yachts and machines. This requires precise work, good preparation and clear agreements between project management and the workshop. We are looking for someone who can maintain an overview, think ahead and take responsibility. You make sure the workshop knows what needs to be done, that issues are identified in time and that projects are carried out as agreed and at the required quality level. What will you do? You will be closely involved in the daily execution of our projects. You will: - prepare tasks and work orders; - check whether information, drawings, parts and models are complete and correct; - identify issues before they cause problems later in the process; - turn problems into clear actions for the right colleague; - monitor progress, quality and deadlines; - coordinate daily with project management and the workshop; - clearly document checks and important project information; - identify where our way of working can be improved and help put these improvements into practice. This makes you an important link between preparation, execution and quality. What do we expect from you? We are looking for someone who, after a short introduction period, can independently keep an overview of their work. You do not need experience with scale models. Experience in a technical production environment is much more important. For example, you may have worked as a work planner, project coordinator, production coordinator or quality coordinator.
