About this role
You will start in day shifts, operating a grinding mill to process plastic materials. During this training period, you will earn €15.73 gross per hour plus an allowance. Once you are familiar with the work, you can move into a Production Worker role in a five-shift system with a 30% shift allowance. This is a long-term opportunity with room to grow and the possibility of a permanent contract with the company. As a Logistics Production Operator, you help keep materials moving through the recycling process. You may operate a forklift to move raw materials and finished products, supply the machines or support the production team. Your work helps turn PET bottles and other plastics into reusable materials. Your responsibilities: - Load, unload and move materials and finished products using a forklift; - Supply machines with raw materials and replace filters; - Monitor stock and keep the warehouse and site organised; - Help maintain a clean and safe working environment; - Report machine malfunctions or other issues to the Technical Department.
