Apply for this job As an Inside Sales Agent (Vision & Safety Solutions), you take on an independent and responsible role within the business line. You operate at the intersection of commercial, operational and customer-facing activities, and are a key link in maintaining continuity for both customers and the internal organization. You work closely with colleagues across departments including Sales, Engineering, Operations and international teams, including the Business Line Manager in the United States. You serve as the primary point of contact for a select group of strategic European accounts. Building and maintaining these relationships is at the core of your role: you know your accounts, understand their needs and ensure they are served with consistency and care. Alongside this, you contribute to the further development and professionalization of European commercial and operational processes together with the team. You are capable of independently managing the full customer service process from A to Z. You maintain a clear overview, set priorities and ensure that customer inquiries, requests and orders are handled effectively and on time. You take ownership of progress and proactively align with internal stakeholders when needed. You identify bottlenecks in processes and communication and come forward with improvement proposals.
