Then this Quality Inspector position could be the right fit for you! As a Quality Inspector , you make sure products meet the required quality standards before they move on to the next step or are shipped to the customer. You carry out inspections at different stages of the production process and make sure any deviations are identified quickly. You will work with measurements, visual inspections and sampling checks. If you find a product that does not meet the requirements, you make sure it is returned to production with clear repair advice. What will you do as a Quality Inspector? Your responsibilities include: - Performing visual inspections of products. - Carrying out measurements and quality checks. - Preparing samples for inspection. - Performing incoming, in-process and final inspections. - Identifying products that do not meet the required quality standards. - Sending products back to production with repair advice when necessary. - Performing and registering calibrations of measuring equipment. - Making sure quality procedures are followed correctly. - Working closely with production colleagues to maintain consistent quality. Functie-eisen What do we expect from you? You are accurate, quality-focused and have a good technical understanding. You know that small details can make a big difference and you are not afraid to take initiative when something does not meet the required standard.
