Main duties of the job In the role of Care Assistant, you will work either day or night shifts, with each shift lasting 12 hours. Working alternate weekends is a requirement for all roles. You will earn £13.45 per hour. Person Specification
Qualifications Essential
Previous experience in a care role is beneficial but not required. The ideal candidate should be empathetic, respectful, and have a growth mindset, committed to making a difference in residents' lives. Training will be provided as needed to ensure you can perform your duties effectively.
