As a Front Office Intern, you will support the Front Office team in delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the reception desk. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in guest relations, hotel operations, and service excellence while building a strong foundation for a successful career in hospitality. Responsibilities • Welcome guests and create a warm, professional, and memorable arrival and departure experience • Assist with check-in, check-out, guest inquiries, requests, and reservations • Support room allocations and coordinate with Housekeeping to ensure room readiness • Handle guest feedback and contribute to delivering excellent guest satisfaction • Support daily Front Office operations, administrative tasks, and collaboration with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery Essential Requirements • Currently enrolled in a Hospitality, Hotel Management, Tourism, Business, or related study programme • Strong communication skills in English, written and spoken • Passion for hospitality and delivering great guest experiences • Friendly, professional, and service-oriented attitude • Eager to learn and develop within an international hotel environment • Eligible to complete an internship in the Netherlands Preferred Requirements • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills • Organised with attention to detail • Comfortable interacting with guests from different cultures and backgrounds • Previous hospitality, customer service, or retail experience is an advantage • Dutch or any additional language is an advantage Your Benefits and Perks • Direct exposure to senior hotel leadership and operational decision
