As Regional Field Sales Manager Noord , you will be part of Sales Benelux , within the Belgian Channel. You will report directly to the Field Sales Manager and lead a team of 5 Sales Promoters and 4 Merchandisers . You will motivate, coach and develop your team, ensuring that our commercial strategy is effectively translated into strong execution at store level. You will work closely with Key Account Managers, Sales Support and your fellow Regional Field Sales Manager .
