Main duties of the job This permanent position is for a Registered Nurse (RGN) at a Barchester care home in Rochester, offering a salary of £23.18 per hour. The role involves attending to the physical, psychological, and social needs of residents. Nurses will create a safe, supportive environment and use their clinical judgement for critical decisions. Responsibilities include care planning, administering medicine, and delivering care excellence. Candidates must have current NMC registration, knowledge of clinical practices, and experience with care plans and risk assessments. Regulatory knowledge of DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines is necessary. Qualifications Essential
Current NMC registration, knowledge of up-to-date clinical practices, experience in developing care plans and risk assessments, and understanding of DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
