Inizio is partnering with a global healthcare organisation to recruit a Clinical Educator within Womens Health, supporting healthcare professionals across a range of clinical settings.
This is an opportunity for a clinically experienced professional to work closely with multidisciplinary teams, supporting the safe and effective use of medical devices and innovative technologies designed to improve patient care and outcomes in womens health.
Main duties of the job
This is a field-based role working across hospitals within the Midlands, engaging directly with maternity and obstetric teams.
The focus of the role is on education, training, and clinical support, helping healthcare professionals build confidence in new approaches to managing postpartum haemorrhage.
You will:
Deliver clinical education and hands-on training to midwives, nurses, and obstetric teams
Support the safe and effective use of products within maternity settings
Work closely with labour ward teams to support integration into clinical practice
Build strong, collaborative relationships with clinicians and hospital stakeholders
Share feedback and insights to support ongoing service improvement

Person Specification
Essential Essential
Registered Nurse (RN) Experience within gynaecology or womens health Experience delivering clinical education or training Commercial mindset with an interest in sales Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills Willingness to travel across the territory
