Reporting to the HRD, you will play a key role in delivering high\-quality HR operations while ensuring a consistent employee experience across multiple locations. HR Generalist 80% \- Multi\-Country Scope Our client is an international company. **Missions** * Manage the **full employee lifecycle**, from onboarding to offboarding * Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers on day\-to\-day HR matters * Coordinate employment contracts, amendments, HR documentation and personnel records * Support payroll preparation and collaborate with external payroll providers * Ensure compliance with local labor regulations and internal HR policies * Administer benefits, leave management, and employee data within HR systems * Support recruitment activities, onboarding programs, and talent initiatives * Contribute to HR projects, process improvements, and HR reporting * Partner with stakeholders across multiple European entities to deliver a consistent and efficient HR service **Profil du candidat** * 3 to 7 years of experience in a broad HR Generalist or HR Operations role * Previous exposure to a **multi\-country European environment** * Good understanding of HR administration, employee relations, and payroll coordination * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously * Proactive, service\-oriented, and solution\-driven mindset * Comfortable working autonomously within an international organization * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills * Fluent English required; additional European languages are an asset **Conditions et Avantages** * Dynamic and international environment * Broad role covering multiple European countries * High level of autonomy and visibility * Flexible **80% workload** * Geneva area location jpid7c8b116jm jpit1040jm jpiy26jm
